Putin, Erdogan to discuss Akkuyu, Turkish Stream during G20 summit

MOSCOW, Aug 30 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan plan to discuss construction of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant and the Turkish Stream natural gas pipeline during the G20 Hangzhou Summit, presidential aide Yury Ushakov told reporters on Tuesday.

“Discussion of future joint strategic projects in this field – construction of the first Turkish nuclear power plant Akkuyu and the Turkish Stream project, a natural gas pipeline under the bottom of the Black Sea,” Ushakov said.
